Our hair salon employs typically varying levels of staff with a strict hierarchy of seniority and experience in the industry. This usually affects the price of the service as well, as requesting a haircut from a senior hairdresser will be more expensive than a junior stylist.

Our hair salon places great emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. The salon should be extremely sanitary, clean, and well-stocked with products such as a hair dye, combs, scissors, foil, towels, and any other necessary products.

The cleanliness and hygiene level of a salon is fundamental. Floors should be swept of all hair after every client, and fresh towels should be used for every client.

HOW TO GET STARTED AT KIMAGE?

Our preferred method is to make an appointment beforehand. Booking appointments are important in ensuring that the hair salon will have available slots and sufficient time to prepare the items we need in advance. It also helps to ensure that there are enough staff to serve the clients at the requested time.

For example, when a client requests for a specific hairdresser, we ensure that stylist is available. If the service requires a longer processing time, for example, hair colouring or hair bleaching, we will manage the number of clients coming for the day to ensure all clients are satisfied with their service.

The second method is to simply walk-in and request for their service. If the salon has available slots, they will let you in without waiting for too long and tend to you straight away. It’s best to take note of the opening hours to ensure that you don’t waste your trip down to the salon!

Our salon charges a mid-range pricing for our services. Kimage stylists will inform clients of our service rates before commencing the service. Our pricing system can also be found on our webpage for pricing comparisons and price estimations. A more senior stylists will charge a higher price since they have more experience in cutting, colouring, and styling your hair. Junior Stylists are available at lower rates for hair services if you do not have hard to manage hair or if you would like to just try out a new style.

2. DISTANCE

We have 10 salons islandwide. Check our webpage to locate our nearest salon from your home, office, or anywhere you frequently visit. This usually means a shorter travel time, and you can even consider running some errands while you’re already outside! The more convenient it is, the better.

3. EXPERTISE

Kimage Stylists are the experts at hair with ongoing training and upgrading of our stylists and equipment.

Other than advising on hairstyles and delivering a suitable style, our hairstylists are knowledgeable in the latest techniques and trends. They can give you better suggestions for your intended hairstyle, which results in better styling work with easy hair manageability at home.

4. CLEANLINESS

A good salon is always clean and tidy with hairstyling tools stored in place, and hair remains promptly swept away after the hair has been cut. The capes and towels should also be clean and fresh for use.

The Kimage experience is a warm and accommodating one. Through the expert consultations of your needs, our stylists prioritise your preferences and the style that you want. He or she may give you suggestions, but they do not insist on what you should do. Only upon an agreed style, the stylists will commence their work. Feel free to voice your opinions and questions to your stylist.
